Also this weekend: the season launch of the A-League, with the Australian soccer league’s Adelaide United taking on Perth Glory FC. And in a live gamecast from Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y., the NASL-leading New York Cosmos will host the hard-charging Carolina RailHawks.
