This is a full-time position starting immediately, with a hybrid workplace and schedule of 2 days virtual and 3 days in-person each week.


This is a perfect position for someone looking to kick-start their career in PR. We’re a small, flexible team that requires EVERYONE to work hands-on on a variety of projects and accounts, with opportunity for career growth.


We want a problem solver who communicates well with a small collaborative team.


Job duties vary, ranging from building media lists and weekly pitching to identifying award opportunities, writing and developing various materials, and coordinating media opportunities as they are secured.  The Account Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to work with an account team to drive our clients’ business growth with positive ROI.


Our clients include a diverse cross section of companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. Current clients range from international content delivery, telecommunications and gaming companies to hardware, software and data & analytics as well as streaming TV leaders.


The ideal candidate has experience working in an office setting preferably a PR agency; has excellent written and verbal communication skills; is eager to take initiative; and works collaboratively and effectively within a small team on multiple projects and accounts.


Duties & responsibilities include:


• Research, monitor and collect media coverage for clients, their competitors and related industry news
• Create weekly and monthly reports for clients
• Develop and maintain accurate media lists and editorial calendars
• Assemble, write, proofread, and distribute press releases, media kits and other materials
• Identify story angles and pitch media and analysts


Key qualifications:


• Degree in public relations, journalism, marketing or a related discipline
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to multitask within a collaborative team environment
• Desire to work with technology clients
• Strong writing skills
