Catherine’s current role at Cox is to lead Connectivity & Convergence, encompassing four major pillars - Cox Mobile consumer marketing, Cox Internet & Homelife consumer marketing, Convergence Strategy & Commercialization, and Operational Communications, Product Enablement & Program Management for the aforementioned products. Catherine holds the first converged role at Cox, providing

the perfect vantage point to bring FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) to life. Catherine joined the Cox Mobile team almost three years ago and has had the privileged opportunity to expand her role since then.


Prior to Cox, Catherine spent six years at AT&T leading a variety of teams with increasing responsibility, including millennial marketing, the buildout and launch of AT&T’s loyalty program AT&T THANKS, and proactive retention shortly after the DTV acquisition.


Catherine initiated her post-MBA marketing career at PepsiCo’s Quaker brand, gaining classical marketing skills that have been fundamental throughout her career. The cross-pollination of several categories and industries has allowed Catherine to bring a variety of knowledge and experience to Cox.

R.K leads the end-to-end experience for Mobile and Converged products. His team is responsible for product development, product management and overall experience for both customers and frontline agents.  R.K is a seasoned and experienced professional overseeing product development and product management in the telecom space for almost 25 years.

He has been with Cox for 15 years and prior to Mobile, led the evolution of in-home and outdoor public Wi-Fi experience and Smart & Connected Home suite of products. Prior to Cox, R.K spent eight years at Sprint where he was responsible for the entire messaging suite of services including SMS, MMS, IM and Email. R.K is married and has two lovely twin daughters. He loves to travel and play competitive league tennis.

Daniel Graham

AVP Strategic Partnerships,

Daniel Graham leads Strategic Business Partnerships for Cox Mobile. With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and almost 10 years at Cox Communications, he is responsible for managing negotiations and building successful relationships with Cox’s most critical partners. Graduating from Morehouse College’s undergraduate program and from Emory

University’s Goizueta Business School, he began his career at The Boston Consultant Group helping global companies solve complex business challenges. In 2010, he joined AT&T’s Leadership Development Program to gain experience in a variety of functional areas spanning construction, pricing, sales, customer experience and strategy. After completing LDP, Daniel served as Chief of Staff for the Office of the Customer and assisted in formulating strategies to create an effortless customer experience. He joined Cox Communications in 2014 and managed Consumer Fiber to the Home (G1GABLAST) product development and strategy.
