The contrast between where we started and where we are today is a testament to the industry, our customers, and the tremendous efforts of an effective team.

Guests will enjoy a special introduction from Mark Lawson, EVP, chief marketing and sales officer of Cox Communications followed by a candid and intimate conversation with Tony Krueck, SVP of Cox Mobile and avid mountain climber (no really, he climbs mountains). Discussion topics will include customer insights, industry trends, business updates, what’s to come in 2024, and much more.

Mark Lawson is the executive vice president, chief marketing and sales officer for Cox Communications. Mark is responsible for leading the company’s sales team and all strategic marketing activities for both the residential division and Cox Business. He also works closely with the strategy, product and technology teams to develop the company’s growth plan. He’s responsible for our company brand and partners with the customer experience team to ensure each

Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry specializing in customer experiences, strategy, marketing, sales channel optimization, digital enablement and transformation, as well as e-commerce with a strong servant leadership approach. He joined Cox in 2013 as vice president of online sale to drive digital transformational efforts. Prior to being promoted to chief marketing and sales officer, Mark served as senior vice president of digital, where he led strategy and marketing across Cox’s entire online channel and user experience. His team was responsible for increasing Cox’s online channel growth, improving the digital user experience, driving the Cox digital brand message as well as defining and delivering a focused digital and mobile enablement roadmap.

Tony leads Cox Mobile with responsibilities spanning strategy, product development, technology, marketing, sales, care, logistics, mobile devices, risk management, partner management, and all other aspects of a wireless business. He is accountable for delivering profitable growth while driving converged opportunities with fixed services.
Before his current role, Tony managed the Enterprise Program

Management Office (EPMO), Cox’s Mobile Application strategy, Cox’s metro wifi roadmap, and wireless spectrum strategy. In the EPMO role, he managed the capital investment portfolio reserved for development and key strategic initiatives. He also led investment
