PR Agency to Promote Southern California’s Only Stop in National Tour

South Coast Botanic Garden, Palos Verdes’ lush 87-acre garden serving the community by providing a unique horticultural and wildlife habitat experience, announced today it has chosen full-service public relations agency Bob Gold & Associates to lead the publicity efforts for the arrival of the garden’s newest inhabitants: a collection of amazing nature-themed sculptures which are part of Nature Connects, the art installation entirely constructed from nearly half a million toy LEGO® bricks.

These sculptures will make their exclusive Southern California debut on February 19 and will be seen throughout the garden until May 8, 2016. The South Coast Botanic Garden will be the only Southern California stop for this nationally touring exhibit that will allow both kids and adults to experience the garden in a whole new way.

“Bob Gold & Associates will do a terrific job helping to tell about our deep investment to become THE family destination in the South Bay. In addition to the highly interactive Nature Connects exhibit, we are also renovating the Rose Garden and building a new Children’s Garden that each promise to be stand-out experiences. We are delighted to have Bob Gold & Associates’ focus and enthusiasm,” said South Coast Botanic Garden Foundation CEO Adrienne Nakashima.

“We can’t wait to get started with this project,” said Bob Gold, president and owner of Bob Gold & Associates. “South Coast Botanic Garden is a model of excellence, teaching us all lessons in land reclamation and sustainability while providing a unique, colorful and inviting garden experience. Visitors will come away with a newfound appreciation for how science and math can be critical partners with nature in this creative and artistic showcase. This is guaranteed to be the ultimate family destination in the area!”
