The Bob Gold & Associates team rallied, on very short notice, to publicize a press conference held October 1 in San Francisco by civil rights attorney Waukeen McCoy to discuss the $11 million racial discrimination lawsuit against the Napa Valley Wine Train, involving plaintiff Lisa Johnson and ten other women who were kicked off the train this past August for #LaughingWhileBlack. McCoy, representatives from the NAACP, and the plaintiffs detailed the legal action to press from San Francisco affiliates of NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox, in addition to hundreds of other media outlets that covered the event as a result of BG&A’s efforts.
