The Challenge

With the 2017 founding of Ceci Clarke Inc. (CCI), Clarke became the first and only woman–owned builder of very high-end Southern California homes, previously leading the work for more than 300 projects for other companies.

Launching CCI meant stepping out bolding in a way that was uncomfortable. We were there to reassure each step along the way and evangelize her new organization.

The Approach

Based on our discovery meetings to understand the founder’s vision, we developed a branding strategy and visual identity system from logo, paper, modern font, color selections and clean layout to capture her elegant and practical style. The brand identity was further developed by creating a website strategy with original photography that would showcase her expertise and drive new business.

The Results

CCI’s branding rollout included a new, easy-to-navigate website, logo design and branded collateral. The website development (WordPress) was completed in 3 weeks, included on-page SEO capabilities, and was optimized for devices of all sizes. CCI is now a highly recognizable power player in the high-end Los Angeles residential construction industry.
