HITRON AND AKLEZA COLLABORATE ON NEW ADVANCED NETWORK MONITORING AND ANALYSIS SOLUTION FOR CABLE OPERATORS

Momentum Telecom to be the First Service Provider to offer this Integrated PNM Solution with their BBX Broadband Manager

Hitron-Americas Technologies Inc., the fastest-growing DOCSIS consumer premises equipment (CPE) manufacturer in North America, and Akleza, a leading provider of Proactive Network Maintenance (PNM) solutions, have combined Hitron’s CMS-02 embedded spectrum analysis module (ESAM) with Akleza’s CableDiagEQ and CableDiagRF software to provide cable operators an advanced network monitoring and proactive network management system (PNM).

Momentum Telecom, a leading provider of white label services to cable operators, including telephony voice and OSS broadband services, will expand its service offering to their MSO customers with a fully integrated PNM solution. With Akleza’s CableDiagEQ and CableDiagRF software modules and Hitron’s CMS-02 embedded spectrum analysis module (ESAM), a provider’s network can be scanned proactively to locate network problems like noise so the source can be located and repaired most efficiently. Momentum’s data aggregation and analysis technology can analyze the result of the scans and provide the location of the needed repair that is more specific than the industry average.

Now, Momentum Telecom’s customers will be able to isolate and resolve faults in their networks before they happen thereby reducing their operational expenses while pro-actively monitoring and maintaining their HFC networks.
